Our Commitment

At Vantier, we stand behind the quality of our services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment in working with us. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our service offerings.

AI Operations Map

The AI Operations Map is a paid diagnostic engagement. Refund terms are as follows:

  • Before the working session: Full refund if you cancel before the scheduled 2-hour working session takes place.
  • After the working session: No refunds once the working session has been completed, as the diagnostic work has begun. You will still receive your full AI Solution Blueprint and proposal.
  • Credit toward build: The full AI Operations Map fee is credited toward any AI Infrastructure Build you move forward with.

AI Infrastructure Build

AI Infrastructure Build projects are custom-scoped and priced based on complexity. Refund terms are outlined in your custom proposal and typically include:

  • Before development starts: Full refund of any upfront deposit if you cancel before implementation begins.
  • During development: Refunds are limited to unused milestone payments. Completed work and delivered components are non-refundable.
  • After deployment: No refunds once the system is deployed and operational. We provide 60 days of post-launch support to address any issues.

AI Systems Management

AI Systems Management is a monthly retainer service. Refund terms are as follows:

  • First 30 days: If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a prorated refund for any unused portion of the month.
  • After 30 days: Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel future billing at any time with 30 days written notice.

Fractional CAIO

Fractional CAIO is a strategic partnership engagement. Refund terms are as follows:

  • First 30 days: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a prorated refund for any unused portion of the month.
  • After 30 days: Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel future billing at any time with 30 days written notice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name and email address associated with your purchase
  • The service you purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. We also reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
