At Vantier, we stand behind the quality of our services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment in working with us. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our various service offerings.

Done-For-You Services

Done-For-You engagements are custom-scoped and billed monthly. Refund terms are as follows:

First 30 days: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your engagement, you may request a prorated refund for any unused portion of the month.
After 30 days: Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel future billing at any time with 30 days written notice.
Work product: Any work completed prior to cancellation remains your property upon payment.

Strategic Coaching ($1,997/month)

Strategic Coaching is a monthly subscription service. Refund terms are as follows:

First month: If you are not satisfied after your first strategy call, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that call.
Subsequent months: Monthly fees are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation: To cancel, please email us at least 7 days before your next billing date.

How to Request a Refund

Your name and email address associated with your purchase
The service you purchased
Date of purchase
Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. We also reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
