Med spa

Google Maps calls grew 3x.

The med spa’s outdated website wasn’t bringing in bookings, and calls were in single digits the month before launch. We rebuilt the site and worked on local search visibility. Google Maps calls grew 3x within the first 90 days.

The starting point

The practice had two connected problems: people struggled to find it online, and the outdated site wasn’t turning visitors into bookings.

  • Outdated treatment information: the website no longer presented the practice’s services well, and visitors weren’t booking through it.
  • A keyword with no reported searches: the site’s main target had zero reported search volume, leaving little opportunity to attract people through that term.
  • Low inquiry volume: only single-digit calls in the month before launch.

What changed

  • The replacement website launched in 30 days, with dedicated treatment pages and clear booking options.
  • Google Maps calls reached 3x the pre-launch level within the first 90 days.
  • Calls continued to increase month over month during that period.

What we did

  1. Found the keyword problem

Audited the site’s search targeting and identified the near-zero-volume keyword at the center of its strategy.

  2. Rebuilt the website around treatments

Created dedicated service pages and a treatment menu within a new design matched to the practice’s brand.

  3. Built a clear path to booking

Added prominent call and booking options, treatment FAQs and provider information so visitors could find answers and choose their next step.

  4. Built out the practice’s local presence

Completed a local-directory submission campaign for the practice. Published content on its Google Business Profile and scheduled additional posts.
